Lunch Box is an active item added in Restored Collection.

Effects

  • Cannot be charged normally.
  • Instead, collecting various types of Red Hearts will add charges:

• Half Heart → 1 charge

• Full Heart → 2 charges

• Scared Heart → 2 charges

• Double Heart → 4 charges

• Blended Heart → 1 charge

  • Hearts are prioritized by the box rather than Isaac's health bar.
  • On use, spawns a random food-theme item.
  • Disappears after 6 uses.
